Great location between Großglockner and Zell am See. Big parking lot. Nice staff in restaurant. Good food and breakfast. Comfortable bed and clean room.

No internet connection in the rooms although the owner assured us they have LAN with cable in each room. He still didn't make a single effort to fix it during our 6 days stay. I doubt there is such a connection at all as he refused to change our room as well. The hotel doesn't respond to 3* category in term of service. Room was not vacuum -cleaned not once during 6 days stay. Towels were not change also not a single time for the whole stay. When a towel was left on the floor as dirty they just took it away without giving a clean one. Bed was broken and the staff was informed but didn't do anything except turning upside down the matress. Worn out old matresses which are absolutely uncofortable. Breakfast is poor. Dinner we had a-la-carte.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the heart of the mountains. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located near the ski slopes, making it perfect for winter sports enthusiasts like me. The highlight of my stay was definitely the delicious buffet dinner. The wide variety of dishes, including fresh vegetables and mouthwatering desserts, left me satisfied every evening. The breakfast spread was also impressive. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and outstanding food.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs as it allowed me to easily explore the surrounding areas. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering me a summer guest card that proved to be very beneficial. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, especially the ski equipment storage room which had a ski boot dryer making it easy to store my gear.

During our recent family trip, we stayed in a hotel located in a charming alpine village. The hotel had a large parking area, and we were able to enjoy a stunning view of the mountains from our balcony. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds, tiled bathrooms, and they provided good service. We enjoyed a daily breakfast buffet and had access to free cable internet, and the hotel location made it easy to visit beautiful sites like Grossglockner.

The hotel's restaurant Wi-Fi was not free and only available in the restaurant, which made it difficult to browse the internet while dining.

הגענו כמשפחה 2 מבוגרים ו- 3 ילדים . החדרים שקבלנו לא היו צמודים זה לזה. ניתנה אפשרות לקבל ארוחת ערב (עסקית )בעלות של 8 יורו. כשבעלי ביקש נאמר לו שרק אם כולם מזמינים זה אפשרי.

It's location is extremely convenient for the Grossglockenstrasse.

We arrived quite late so were only offered one option for dinner. Bar not open late enough.

Location was good, close to the ski slopes and the Christmas market. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the heated ski room, which made it easy to get in and out of our ski gear.

The room was rather small and dated. The bathroom smelled musty.

Extremely unprofessional service, staff was not easy to locate, no phone in room, T.V. did not work upon arrival. My worst experience in Austria. I do not recommend this hotel, we ended up staying down the street with a much more pleasurable experience.
